Professional & Publisher Exhibition Registration

We warmly invite publishers and professional exhibitors to present themselves to a broad audience of scholars and professionals as part of the congress. The Congress of the German Sociological Association (DGS) is the largest sociology conference in the German-speaking world. From 28 September to 2 October 2026, we expect around 2,000 participants from Germany and abroad on the campus of Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (JGU), including numerous distinguished guests from academia, research, and public life.

Under the central theme "Futures of Society", the 43rd DGS Congress will offer a diverse scientific programme featuring presentations, panel discussions, and workshops, providing opportunities for both disciplinary and interdisciplinary exchange.

In addition to a range of digital visibility options and entries in our printed congress materials, we offer you the opportunity to present your organisation with an exhibition stand in the centrally located Philosophicum. The exhibition areas are situated on the ground floor and first floor of the Philosophicum (Jakob-Welder-Weg 18, 55128 Mainz), in close proximity to the highly attended Section Sessions. The Philosophicum will also host lounges and additional networking areas, as well as the student cafeteria and a large computer lab.

For the first time, the congress brochure also includes clearly structured package deals alongside a transparent overview of all prices.

If you would like to book one of our exhibition packages, please send the completed registration form by email to dgskongress2026(at)uni-mainz.de. If we receive your registration by 30 April 2026, we will be able to include your organisation in the printed main programme.

If you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

For more details, please refer to the exhibition brochure. We look forward to welcoming you to the congress.
