Plenary Sessions
Information on Applying for a Plenary Presentation
The six Plenary Sessions will take place on Tuesday, 29 September 2026, and Thursday, 1 October 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with three sessions running in parallel each day.
To apply for a plenary presentation, please submit your proposal (maximum 5,000 characters, including spaces) by 31 March 2026 to both reviewers listed in the respective Call for Papers.
Of the maximum two presentations that one person may give during the congress, only one may be a plenary presentation.
Each plenary session will include four presentations.

The selected plenary sessions must be submitted via the Converia congress platform by 11 May 2026.
